“We went to the SBDC for assistance with financial projections to determine if the business would be a good investment.”
Celebrations of life achievements are most often recognized with a personalized award. Understanding this, Elaine and Loyd Moore took the opportunity to purchase the local San Angelo business, Angelo Awards.
The Moore’s sought the assistance of Angelo State University Small Business Development Center and Advisor Peggy Rosser to help with a business plan. Business Advisor Peggy Rosser assisted them. “We went to the SBDC for assistance with financial projections to determine if the business would be a good investment,” Loyd said.
Angelo Awards has trophies, plaques, promotional items and wedding accessories. Loyd also looks forward to helping customers with their powder coating needs for their stainless steel insulated drink glasses!
The purchase of Angelo Awards created four fulltime jobs which contribute to the economic stability of San Angelo.
