How to Set Up Exchange Email on Android Devices for Employees


Some student employees will have email through exchange, but most students will have email service through Apps@ASU. If you have questions about your email, contact the IT Service Center at 325-942-2911.

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Click Add Account, under the “Accounts” menu.
  3. Select Corporate from the list of possible accounts.
  4. Enter your email address. (NOTE: Your email address is
  5. Enter your ASU password.
  6. Hit Next.
  7. Enter into the “Server” field.
  8. Hit Next.
  9. Modify the sync settings to your liking.
  10. Hit Done.


Your mobile device may require a security update in order to sync with the Exchange server. The update allow certain email settings to be setup by the app. Click Activate on this screen and the account will be added.
