Requirements & Limitations

Requests for Streaming and Recording Services should be placed 14 business days prior to your event date to ensure we have the necessary resources available. Event video production (camera, microphones, lighting, etc.) must be coordinated and specified prior to the event. In all but routine locations for originating live events, advance testing of A/V, encoder, and local network/firewall compatibility is essential. We will be contacting you to make sure all necessary testing has been completed prior to the event.

For embedding live video in your own website using our embed code, be sure to include your departmental web editor or Web Services early in the process.
